Leads OceanPixel with a vision for innovation and sustainability. Mike has over 20 years of experience in various roles in the Sustainability, Energy, Innovation, Research, Development, & Demonstration (RD&D) Ecosystems of the Asia Pacific Region working with academe, industry, and government which involve Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management (Technical and Operational), Product Development, Engineering, Start-ups, Venture Capital, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Technology and Venture Incubation, as well as Design-based Innovation Under his guidance, we continuously strive to redefine the benchmarks for excellence in the blue economy sectors.

A multi time co-founder and interdisciplinary consultant, Ellenor has spent the last 2 decades committed to continuous learning and community engagement. Passionate about uplifting others, sustainability and the natural environment, Ellenor has long applied her extremely varied background to help early stage ESG start-ups grow to the point that they have traction and are capable of having substantial impact. Now Co-founder and COO of two new ESG start-ups, in addition to being COO of an established Bue Economy consultancy, Ellenor is looking to continue to foster external connections, while building stainable, healthy teams that have great impact, both locally and globally.

A seasoned Power, Energy, and Electrical Engineer with expertise in renewable energy (solar, wind, and marine renewables - eg tidal, wave, etc) and experience in Blue Economy sectors across Southeast Asia. He has led pioneering projects such as the first solar-powered electric banca (boat) in the Philippines and a tidal energy project in Indonesia. Weslie actively contributes to the Blue Economy, promoting sustainable practices in marine-related industries.
